We are processing this and will contact you if there are any complications with the details you have provided" page too - but have not eceived any emails to confirm it (neither is it showing up in current orders in My o2 - so I am guessing it hasnt been ordered! Where I work our sites handle around 250k visitors on a daily basis - this is really poor from O2.
