Mention on mikons

November 24th, 2006

Mikons Logo Regular readers may remember a post I made regarding the excellent mikons tool (click here if you missed it).

Well just as the article is about to disappear off the FFE front page they’ve given us a mention - click to view article.

Thanks a lot for the link.

Since my last visit to the site they’ve launched their mikons t-shirt service. Once I’ve made the perfect icon I’m ordering mine and maybe a few stickers. The clever boys and girls have also used Microformats (hatom) on their site - Which reminds me, I’ve got to get myself one of those Microformats T-shirts.

    Dave,

Thanks again for the mention of Mikons and our t-shirts! I wanted to let you know that we will be launching several enhancements to the site in the coming weeks, including an improved store front and product builder to easily design Mikons t-shirts and other products. We’ve also recently added the ability to make comments on Mikons and will soon be unveiling our most requested enhancement to date.

    Cheers!

Comments on Mikons is a cool idea. I hope you will soon add the option of creating triple size icons (Tri-Mi-ikons) so I can fit more text on (I have a particular t-shirt I am trying to create)

    Look forward to the unvieling.

    David
