Help me please...
I just installed Firefox 2.0, and all of a sudden, my username/password isn't being inserted in the signon window (it always was before). I tried the usual suspects--I did not mistakenly tell FF not to remember the password for this site; and I also tried the remember password bookmarklet, but all to no avail--FF will not ask me to remember this password. What do I need to do to get around this?

I've assumed that my stability problems may have more to do with my extensions, so I've uninstalled them all but the Google Bar. Seemed to help since I only have one freeze up since.

Interesting - I've been hearing mixed comments on it's stability. A lot find it more stable (especially mac users) and some have found it less so. I guess it depends on your system setup, your extentions and what you do with it.

I consider myself a power user as I always have a bunch of extensions some of which are quite intensive like the Google Browser Sync and the Web Developer Toolbar, and I constantly have 10 tabs+ open. The sites I visit also have a lot video/java/flash etc so I don't know why I haven't been able to crash FF2.0 even once yet. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

FF 2.0 does seem faster and I love the intergrated spell checker, but it is not at all stable. I often have it freeze up once or twice a day. Rarely happened with 1.5.
